Countdown to Christmas Day 7 - Merry Card Share

Hello again,

I hope you had a great Sunday. I have another Christmas card to share with you today. This card is made with the wonderful "Seasonally Scattered" stamp set. I am in love with this set. This stamp also looks good if you sponge on different colours to give a variation in colour across the stamp set.

I have used sequins and bakers trim to accent the card. A very simple but very pretty card. You can find all the products used and linked below.

Until tomorrow.

Countdown to Christmas - Day 6 - Penguins are in Town - Curvy Keepsake Box

Hello again,

I hope you are not to cold, in London the weather is freezing but sunny today. Since it is so cold I thought I would share this adorable penguin keepsake box. You can use to give small treats or perhaps hang it up as a Christmas decoration.

The base is made basic black cardstock. The die I used is Stampin' Up!'s curvy keepsake box die which is available in the Autumn / Winter catalogue. You will need to cut two copies of the die and there you layer them at right angles to form you box. I will post a video shortly. His face is made using various punches:

Owl Builder: Eyes & Nose
Extra Large Oval - Tummy
Modern Label - Feet

The curvy keep sake die is so versatile. I have seen it used to make Elves, Santas, Reindeers & Christmas Puddings. I have enclosed a full list of everything I used below. You can visit my online shop 24/7 if you wish to order anything.

Until next time, have a great weekend.

Countdown to Christmas - Day5 - Wonderous Wreath Card

Hello again,

Welcome to day 5 of my Christmas Countdown. I have a lovely card to share with you today. This one uses the Wonderous Wreath photopolymer set and of course it has a matching die set. Yeah!!!!

I really love this stamp set. I have stamped a piece of very vanilla using the wood grain stamp set using early espresso ink. This is matted onto a real red piece of cardstock. I have added the centre from a single hole punch to make it look like a door. This set retires at the end of this month so buy it now to avoid disappointment. You can find all the products used below.

Thanks for dropping bye.

Until next time

Countdown to Christmas - Day 4 - Mingle all the Way Bag

Hello again,

Thank you for joining me on day 4 of my Christmas Countdown. I have a bag to share with you today. We made this bag at recent class I hosted in which we made a range of packing items for your Christmas presents.

The main colour used here is Island Indigo. The stamp set is one I love Mingle all the way. It is delightful to use for tags and toppers on bags and boxes. I also love the beautifully soft whisper white cotton ribbon.

This bag is very easy to make. You will need a piece of cardstock that measures 8 1/4" by 10 1/2". On the long side you will score at 2 1/2", 5", 7 1/2", 10". On the short side score at 2 1/2" and 7 1/2". Pinch the sides of the box to close it. The paper is from All is Calm and each piece measures 2" x 4 1/2". I hope to do a video on this shortly.

The product list is below if you want to order anything.

Take care

Ashee xx
