People like You Card Share

Hello,

Here is a beautiful card we made for Mother's Day at a recent Stampin' Up! party. The stamp set is "People Like You" and the predominant colour is "Pretty in Pink".  I stamped the image using black Stazon which is a permanent ink and won't run when you use watercolour inks and paints. I used blender pens to colour the image using our classic inks.

The sentiment matches our decorative label punch and I have popped this up using dimensionals. I have finished it up with the pretty in pink taffeta ribbon. I love that everything co-ordinates so beautifully from Stampin' Up!.

Hiya,

Here is another card made using the Swallow Tail stamp set. I have sponged the colour onto the stamp set so that it blends together. I do love this stamp set as I think there is so much you can do with it.

Mini Album - One sheet Wonder

Hello,

Today I have a mini album to show you. It is made from just one sheet of 12 x 12 cardstock. It is great to use all your scrap papers to decorate it. The album has 8 mini pockets that you can put journalling cards or photos in. All you need to make is the Simply Scored Scoring Tool and a pair of scissors. A great item for kids to make. Please head over to my you tube channel for a tutorial showing you how I made this.

As ever head over to my online shop to buy goodies.

Another Box

Hello,

Here is another box we made at quarterly training with Amanda Fowler. It is made using the "Envelope Punch Board". I love, love, love this tool!! You can make envelopes, boxes, bags and even crackers using this wonderful tool. The colour is Crumb Cake and the stamp set is Petal Parade from the Sale-a-bration catalogue. I am also planning on doing a You Tube visit showing how we made this little one.

Card Share - New Embossing Folder

Hello,

As you can see I am trying to blog more often. This is a card I made using a new embossing folder available in the Sale-a-bration catalogue. I have used the Primrose Petals Core'dinations and embossed it using "Decorative Dots". I have then sanded the paper to bring out the core colour of the primrose paper. The stamp set is "Tag it" and is stamped using the Primrose Petals ink.

I do love this embossing folder. You could use it on black cardstop and then sand it to make it look like snow falling.

I forgot to say the framelits our again the Deco ones. The ribbon is the stiched grosgrain in Night of Navy. To order please go to my online shop here .

Card Calendar

Hello,

This is a lovely calendar we made at my upline's training. You can visit her blog here . It uses a small perforated calendar she got off amazon. The stand is "Desktop Display Calendar Case" that Stampin' Up! sells. The flowers are made using the Blossom and Pansy punches in the main catalogue. The paper is the sweet sorbet sale-a-bration paper. The centre of the flower is one of our wonderful Candy Dots. They are so versatile, they can be used on top our brads to create a brad in any Stampin' Up! colour you chose, to make flower centres and to accent cards to name but just a few uses.

I really love the combination of  black and pool party. I think it is very elegant. Please visit my online shop here .

Anyone for Tea?

Hello,

I have another card to share with you. I have used the embossing folder "Beautifully Baroque" to both both emboss and stamp the background whisper white card. I used a brayer to apply ink to one side of the embossing folder and then placed the white paper down and ran it through the bigshot. The stamp set is "Tea Party" cut out with the oval framelits. The colour is my favourite Bermuda Bay.
